Overseeing Molti’s marketing
Molti is a specialist luxury residential developer based in South-East Queensland that punches well above its weight.
I joined its purposefully small team in 2023 in a fractional role, overseeing all marketing for Molti’s corporate brand and projects, which span Noosa, Byron, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Working closely with the founder, I interpret Molti’s commercial objectives into marketing objectives, then build and execute the strategy to achieve them. Integrated into the business, I operate with full authority and trust as a Molti team member, looking after anything and everything in the marketing, PR and content space.
For projects, I build the marketing strategy with our sales agents, managing the creative process with our agencies, briefing media buying, reviewing renders and collateral, developing media releases and other content to enable us to launch. At completion, I source furnishing partners and content creators to capture the finished home and execute PR, social and marketing to sell down remaining stock.
At a corporate level I have managed Molti’s rebrand and built its reputation in the industry through media, content, social, speaking opportunities and awards. Molti’s projects have been shortlisted by The Urban Developer, UDIA and Molti’s founder Ben Teague shortlisted as a Young Leader of the Year by the Urban Developer.
